I'm on a sneaker high, y'all.
A sparkly, sneaker high.
Drooling over these Superga sneakers:
Find them here for $80.00
But...as a full-time college student and a part-time cubicle go-er, I'm not in the position to pay $80 for a pair of shiny, glittery sneakers.
The next best option...I present to you:
And let me tell ya, these are wayyy cuter on!
I can't wait to wear these!
I wanted to share with you all a little excerpt from my Bible I found this past Sunday about creativity & expressing your gifts;
"Because humans are created in the image of a creative God, they have the potential for creativity. Creativity demands focus, commitment, and discipline. Believers are to create only that which is for good, and they must never worship that which was created. They must look within for God-given gifts, belive in divinely appointed abilities, maximize circumstanses and situations, wait with patience for guidance from the Holy Spirit, and proceed with perseverance to accomplish the task God has given. Failure is a useful tool for creativity because it may become a stepping stone to something better. Sometimes creativity calls forth a new course of action; always it presupposes a heart turned towards God. More often than not creativity means new discoveries and possibilities."
Don't be afraid to be creative, but more importantly do not be afraid of failure-take it as a lesson and a sign that something better was/is meant to happen. If you are doing what you love, that's all that matters.
